Jane Hurd from Fiends Fell has been gluten free for 25 years and being a keen cook who was unhappy with the quality of gluten free produce on offer she decided to take matters into her own hands! Its all about finding recipies that work and using fresh local and homegrown ingredients, for example kale, tomatoes and bacon in the quiches. And over 20 years trial and error to get a great pastry recipe that we can enjoy today.
